We recognize that Terms and Conditions are important to our guests, and hence Lake Pichola Hotel (Member of Padam Hotels & Motels Private Limited) Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal information we collect when you visit our hotel.

1. For confirmed booking advance payment should have been deposited.
2. Discount, if any, shall be adjusted from the balance amount.
3. We accept all major cards.
4. In case of ‘no show’ advance amount will not be refunded.
5. Govt. taxes if revised or newly implemented will be charged extra as on check in date.
6. ID card is mandatory upon check in.
7. Minimum stay can be 1 night.
